TIMELESS & ROMANTIC WEDDING AT THE PLAZA HOTEL IN NEW YORK CITY
This sophisticated New York City wedding hosted at The Plaza Hotel was a picture-perfect blend of elegance, romance, and classic Manhattan glamour. Harper and Michael’s wedding celebration featured a luxurious ball room filled with magnificent floral bouquets down the aisle and a floral archway at the altar. Guests enjoyed an evening filled with glamorous details, a reflective dance floor, and laughter together.
We were honored here at Beth Chapman Styling to beautifully curated the bride’s wedding-day look in the exquisite Reem Acra bridal gown and provided bridal dressing services to complete the look with her elegant accessories.
There’s something truly iconic about a wedding at The Plaza Hotel and this elegant evening was no exception to that sentiment. The celebration featured detailed design throughout the ceremony and reception rooms with candlelight and lush floral arrangements in soft ivory and blush tones. The combination of the couple’s chosen color palette mixed with The Plaza Hotel’s exquisite gold walls created a beautifully inviting atmosphere with a romantic style.
Our team of bridal stylists travel often for weddings all over the country and truly enjoy assisting brides like Harper to bring to life their vision for their wedding day bridal style through expert wardrobe styling and refined accessorizing.
For this New York City Wedding, our stylists provided our signature day of the wedding dressing services and we are thrilled to share the images from Roey Yohai Studios.
A Bride With Sophisticated Style
Our bride truly shined in her Reem Acra wedding gown, with 3d floral appliques featured throughout her entire wedding dress. The classic sweetheart neckline silhouette matching the classic and timeless feel of this wedding’s design from start to finish.
We paired a long, flowing cathedral length veil to pair with her bridal dress for the formal wedding ceremony. It was the perfect accent for a dramatic effect as she walked down the aisle with her mom and dad.
She embraced the chunky heel bridal fashion trend for her wedding day accessories which paired beautifully with her dress with a longer train that perfectly bustled for the reception and dancing on the dance floor. The center bodice of her wedding gown featured a sheer background for a different texture than the skirt and bust area.
Our stylists Melissa and Farron provided the day of wedding dressing service for this bride’s NYC wedding. They were an absolutely lovely family to work with and we enjoyed every moment of dedication to ensure the fashion was flawless on her wedding day.
Golden Bridesmaids Dresses
The bridesmaids for this chic New York City wedding were all dressed in gold! Bridesmaids chose their own dress silhouette that they favored in varying shades and textures of gold for a combination that was unique yet connected.
With nine bridesmaids, mismatched bridesmaid dresses was the ideal way to dress such a large bridal party in coordinating, but not matching, bridesmaid dresses. Plus, each bridesmaid felt confident and comfortable as they were able to choose the shape and silhoette that best suited their taste.
A Wedding at The Plaza Hotel
From the luxury invitation suite with modern gold accents to the grand ballroom filled with classic gold walls and floral artistry, every detail of this wedding reflected the couple’s impeccable style.
The bride and groom enjoyed bridal portrait images with their photographer against the iconic backdrop of Central Park. These images along with those on the steps of The Plaza Hotel help show off our bride’s gorgeous Reem Acra wedding dress.
Guests were first greeted into a ballroom dedicated solely for the wedding ceremony and exchanging of vows. The vast ballroom was filled with full blooming floral arrangements along the sides of the aisles and a large floral archway installation at the altar.
As they entered the grand ballroom at The Plaza Hotel for the wedding reception, guests were blown away with the beauty and stunning details. Nothing went unnoticed. Long tables were filled with overflowing floral arrangements in between each place setting. The band was setup in front of the shiny dance floor at the center of the room for guests to enjoy an evening filled of dancing and laughter with friends and family.
