Beth has loved fashion and weddings for as long as she can remember. Originally dreaming of becoming a gown designer, her lack of sketching skills led her to discover an even better fit: a career as a bridal fashion expert translating inspiration into curated wedding looks.
After graduating from the University of Connecticut with a degree in Business and Fashion Merchandising, Beth joined Ann Taylor's corporate team, working her way up to Vice President of Merchandising. There, she honed her eye and developed a deep understanding of garment fit and construction. She brought that expertise to the wedding industry by opening the bridal boutique The White Dress by the Shore in 2024

Working closely with countless brides, Beth recognized a need beyond the boutique for styling assistance before shopping began and skilled, trusted dressing support on the wedding day itself. That insight, combined with decades of fashion experience, an impeccable eye, and a genuine love of taking care of people, led her to create Beth Chapman Styling and find her perfect role: fashion fairy godmother.
Beth is a frequent contributor to CT LIVE and WTNH NEWS and has been featured on the TODAY Show, in Martha Stewart Weddings, and in The New York Times. She is the co-author of The White Dress in Color and The White Dress Destinations. As an educator and speaker, she also supports fellow bridal salon owners through The White Dress Society, an organization she founded.

An avid admirer of stripes, bows, and all things Carolina Herrera, Beth finds inspiration in fashion around the globe and the historical designer archives. When she's not working, she can be found taking a Peloton class, cheering from the stands at a college football game with her husband, visiting her daughter in Boston, or walking the beach with her fur baby, Koda.
